This is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath, split-level cottage with a roof-deck.

It's just a short walk down the street to a magnificent ocean beach with majestic sand dunes and crashing waves.

Offering ceiling fans throughout, Wi-fi Internet access, CableTV, working fireplace, indoor and outdoor showers, a screened-in porch and a roof deck with a gas BBQ.

The kitchen area has a refrigerator/freezer, a 5 burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, modern sink and large granite countertop for dining, toaster a drip coffeemaker with filters along with pots and pans and dishes.

This cottage rents on a Sunday to Sunday basis during the summer season.

• Check-in

  Check-in time is after 4:00 pm. Your understanding is appreciated.

• Check-out

  Check-out time is by 10:00 am.

• Pets

  Not allowed during July and August. However, in the Spring and Fall, pets are allowed for an additional fee of $100.00/week, plus tax for the first pet and $55.00/week plus tax for the second. Advanced notice required.

• Policies

  Quiet Hours begin each night at 10:00. After that time, please restrict your activities to those that would not awaken a child who may be asleep next door.

  The cottage is rented with the understanding that it will be left clean and in good order. Your cleaning/security deposit will be refunded by mail, after check-out, provided that the cleaning guidelines, that we leave in the cottage, are followed.

  This cottage is equipped and zoned for occupancy by a maximum of 6 people (strictly enforced).

  Reservations are considered as commitments for the full time period requested. Deposits are viewed by cottage owners as security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes.
  If you must cancel a reservation, your deposit will be refunded (minus a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the total rent amount) as soon as the cottage is re-rented for that reservation period and the next renter's deposit is received.

  We understand that there are many legitimate reasons to have to cancel a reservation, some personal, some tragic and some are just unavoidable. If you cannot risk forfeiting your deposit, we would suggest that you purchase "Trip Cancellation Insurance."

• Fees

  Besides the rent, there is a 14.45% state occupancy tax collected. There is also a refundable $200.00 cleaning/security deposit but aside from that, there are no other fees involved with staying at this cottage.
  In season, the town sells a beach parking permit only to Wellfleet renters. We offer a "Proof of Stay form" to our renters which will allow them to purchase the parking permit which is good at 4 ocean beaches, 3 fresh-water ponds and 5 bay beaches.
  Of course, all of these beaches can be accessed on foot or by bicycle for free. Our beach is just down the street!
