is a recently remodeled cottage that is your beach
home-away-from-home! Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and
the third has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan
with overhead light.
There
is one bath with a shower and an expanded enclosed outdoor
shower with seating area.
The
fully furnished living room is complete with a cathedral
ceiling, skylights, ceiling fan, fireplace, flat-panel DVD
player, sofa, chairs
and dining area.
 Cliffside
has a screened porch with chairs, an outdoor bike rack that
accommodates six bikes, a charcoal grill, Adirondack chairs,
clothesline and picnic table.
NOW WITH CENTRAL HEAT!
Each room is fully heated by a central furnace. In addition,
Cliffside is fully insulated and has all
new windows-this
cottage is perfect for off-season rentals. This
comfortable cottage is a quick 390 pace walk to the ocean beach!
This cottage is pet friendly (for a small fee) in the Spring and
Fall only.
Cliffside
rents from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly price that ranges
from
$925.00 to $2,000.00. Shorter stays are possible before
June 15 and in October.
