Located only 180 steps from the top of LeCount Hollow Beach this cottage has one double and one twin bed in each of two bedrooms. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

Satellite TV, a Weber gas grill and a garage for indoor storage of your car are some of the extras included with this rental. The basement garage also has a spare refrigerator with freezer.

 The water from our private well is filtered at the water main and there is also a secondary filtration system under the kitchen sink offering you a second faucet at the sink with "bottled-quality water."

In the side yard there is a clothes line for drying towels and bathing suits after a day in the waves.  With glimpses of the ocean waters from both the dining room and living room windows and the front and back decks, you'll never forget just how close you are to the beach.  The management assumes no responsibility if the ocean waves wake you up in the morning.

The kitchen is equipped with a four burner gas stove, with oven and broiler, refrigerator/freezer (spare refrigerator/freezer in the basement garage), microwave oven, filtered water faucet at the stainless steel sink, a drip coffeemaker, cabinets with pots and pans and dishes.

There is one bathroom with a shower (no bathtub).

Sea Haven rents from Sunday to Sunday for $2,000 per week in season
for up to 6 people (including babies)

Off Season, the weekly rate is $1200
