    Booking terms
    Reservations require a signed vacation renter's lease along with a 50% deposit. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. There is also a cleaning/security deposit that is collected upon your arrival. You should be familiar with all of our policies which can be seen at http://www.surfsidecottages.com/policies.html
