This
two bedroom cottage has cable TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning
This
cottage is NOT at Surfside but is a
little over two miles away.
Located right
next door to the Even'tide Resort Motel and
Cottages in South Wellfleet, it is a 1/2 mile
drive to the Marconi Beach entrance, or 10-minute ride on the
bike trail, or a one-mile hike
through the woods.
Wireless Internet service is available at no charge.
By special arrangement, registered guests of Bessie's
cottage are allowed to use the 60' long indoor swimming pool
and the playground at
The Even'tide Resort Motel
and Cottages next door. No guests of guests are allowed,
however. There is also a
coin-operated laundry room adjacent to the
cottage, in a separate building where the owners reside.
This two bedroom cottage has one bedroom
with a brand new queen-size bed, an air conditioner and a
ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and
an air conditioner.
The cottage has a maximum occupancy
of 4 people, including babies.
Bessie's Cottage has tan siding on the front but white
siding on
the other three sides. It has a deck with table
and chairs
as well as a charcoal barbecue. This cottage
does
not have an outdoor shower. The sliding glass door
leads to the indoor dining area.
The
living room has comfortable seating
and a 27" TV with 200 cable channels and a VCR/DVD player. There is a private
phone for local and toll-free calls.
The
kitchen is fully-equipped
for cooking and includes a
four-burner electric stove with oven, new full-size refrigerator/freezer,
portable dishwasher (wheel it over to the sink for use), a
microwave oven,
toaster and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils.

Bessie's Cottage is new to the market. It rents from
Saturday
to Saturday with a weekly price
that
ranges from
$525.00 to
$1,400.00. Shorter stays
are
possible before June 15 and
in
October.
